film review

The centre theme of the film was the challenges which faced by the 13 yearold teacher Wei.The very struggle she shoulder,was a risk,that not even a mature one can take .All the way from the village to city she walked alone,even at night.It seems she was there with a determined mind to get back the boy to the school.So I appreciate  determination,sincerity,will power above all her motherly love and affection.

                                                                The way she teaches mathematics and vocabulary by her own learning experience. Apart from these I would like to say her attitudes somewhere without any expression and maturity don't follow her personality as such.Any way she conquered our minds

TO SIR WITH LOVE

I stunned to see the very attractive personality of Mr Thackery. the noble ideas which he adopted to tame his students were noteworthy.Only once he was hot tempered but that situation also made the students to be good And the very patience attracted me a lot which Idon't have; in such a situation.The noble ways ignited the students and they changed a lot at the end ,especially Dare ,the boxing boy and others Isaw him a very social being. After school we see him in the society. there are people like working man ,grocers,and other middle class people.he enjoys with the common people.I feel he is very expert in his field,even though he compeleted his engneering

FROM PASSIVE LEARNERS TO CRITICAL THINKERS

Many english as a foreign lang students lack sufficient lang skills to understand lectures comprehend texts ,participate in class dissussions or generate satisfactory written work .though the article contribute much for university students ,I the secondary teacher thought why don't we implent it for high school students in a small scale.they are expected to think to reason ,to communicate and to continue their learning outside the classroom. the four strategies speaking,listening writing and reading are integrated with each other,aunthentic communications is taught.

Creating an interactive class room envioronment,teachers decided to introduce students to simple group workstrategies such as showing that they are listening to the speaker by making eye contact and nodding and by saying such as things as what do you think/ or i like the idea.these skills allow students an oppurtunity to effectively participate in group dissussion. the teaching assistant also helped to coach the groups and encouraged the quieter students to speaker

The four strategies successfully implemented for four skill integration. a large body of research shows that if a teacher is a warm caring and enthusiaatic, the students learn more

                                                      Group work was more successful there was more interaction and critical thinking and the students lang skills improved. OVERALL THE TEAHERS WERE AMAZED AT THE STUDENTS PROGRESS AND THIS INSPIRED THEM TO SEEK OUR CHALLENGING, INTERESTING,AND AUTHENTIC MATERIALS.

Students needed ongoing evaluations

The teachers need to work as a team.

Teachers need to make an extra

The important element of critical thinking should be integrated

                            to sum up it can be said that with these factors the result willbe enthusiastic confident and successful.
